DaisychainBy using Daisychain you agree to these terms. In plain language: the app is yours to use for keeping a private journal of your relationships, your content always belongs to you, and subscriptions are billed through Apple.
Using Daisychain
Daisychain grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own private journaling. You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or resell the app.
Your content is yours
You own everything you create in Daisychain. We claim no rights over your moments, media, or notes. Because your content is stored on your device, you are responsible for keeping it safe — we strongly recommend enabling iCloud backup.
You can export your entire journal at any time as a JSON file or a ZIP archive, so your data is never locked in.
Free trial
The Annual plan ($24.99/yr) begins with a 7-day free trial that unlocks the full app. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid annual subscription at the price shown at sign-up. You can cancel during the trial at no charge. The Monthly plan ($1.99/mo) does not include a trial and bills from the first day.
Subscriptions & billing
Daisychain offers a monthly subscription at $1.99, an annual subscription at $24.99, and a one-time lifetime purchase at $49.99. Prices may vary by region and are shown before you buy.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends
- Your Apple ID is charged through the App Store
- Manage or cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings
- Lifetime is a single purchase with no recurring charge
If your subscription ends
Your data is always yours. If a subscription lapses, you retain full access to everything you've already captured and can continue to export it. Creating new entries resumes when you renew.
Refunds
Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's terms. If you believe you're entitled to a refund, please request it through Apple, as we're unable to process payments directly.
Availability & updates
We work to keep Daisychain reliable and to improve it over time. Features may be added, changed, or removed in future updates. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Disclaimers & liability
Daisychain is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of data resulting from device failure, missed backups, or circumstances outside our control. Keeping a current iCloud backup is the best protection for your memories.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
